@Photography LLC (the Photographer), who has taken the images, is the copyright holder of the images. @Photography LLC retains all rights to the photos, including but not limited to, the right to sell, copy, display, and/or publish any and all photos, for any reasons, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, print competitions, and for use on Photographer's website, portfolio, and social media platforms. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various uses of images - please use the contact area for more information and pricing.

Client Usage

The original Client who paid for the service has permission to use the images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration of the listing and cannot be reused without specific written permission. The digital files may not be assigned, transferred, given away or resold for personal or commercial gain.
